1. About this policy
This policy explains how Bilwise handles information submitted through the public website at www.bilwise.in. It does not describe privacy terms for a client product, which are agreed separately for each implementation.
2. Information you provide
If you contact us, we may receive your name, work email, company, project context and any information included in your message. The current enquiry form prepares an email in your own email application; it does not store the form submission in a Bilwise website database.
3. Technical information and analytics
Google Analytics, Vercel Web Analytics, Vercel Speed Insights and our hosting providers may process standard technical information such as IP address, browser, device, referring page, pages viewed and performance events. We use this information for security, reliability, aggregate audience analysis and website improvement. Lead measurement does not send the name, email, company or free-text enquiry to analytics providers.
4. How information is used
We use enquiry information to respond, evaluate whether Bilwise can help, prepare a proposal when requested, protect the website and improve our services. We do not sell personal information.
5. Service providers and retention
Information may be processed by providers supporting email, hosting, analytics or security under their applicable terms. We retain information only as reasonably necessary for the conversation, contractual obligations, legal requirements and legitimate business records.
6. Your choices
You may ask us to correct or delete information you submitted, subject to legal and contractual retention requirements. Browser controls may also limit or block analytics. Contact sales@bilwise.in.
